Return Policy

No returns.
Please make sure that you receive an undamaged package - if necessary open the package in the presence of the postman. Please do not in any case accept a damaged item, by doing this you confirm the reception of undamaged items.
We will do everything we can to get your money back for lost or damaged parcels, but will be dependent on the courier's terms and conditions.

All information given is made to the best of our knowledge and we have been as accurate as possible.
The sale is private and under exclusion of any guarantee or warranty.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide information on whether you may or may not be charged customs/duty fees/VAT/handling fees. Please ask your local customs office before placing the order if you are unsure about these charges.

Please note that in case you refuse the custom fee or if an unclaimed parcel is returned because of unpaid customs fees, you need to pay the return shipping fee.
